In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm


What you will be doing

  • Become a master of Sampling: You'll pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring they reach their destination on time, every time.
  • Unlock the secrets of efficiency: Hitting internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) is your game. You'll streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and be a champion for a smooth-running fulfillment operation.
  • Be the voice of positive change: Share your ideas with the team and management. Together, you'll create an ever-more efficient sample fulfillment system.
  • Maintain a "Tour Ready" environment: Your workspace will be the envy of the department. You'll champion organization and cleanliness, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape, always.
  • Master Every Stage of Sample Receiving:
    From the moment inbound inventory arrives, you're on it—receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision. You ensure samples are always where they need to be, powering a flawless fulfillment flow.
  • Embrace the power of 5S: Resetting your work area to the 5S standard is second nature to you. Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain


What You Bring to the Table

  • Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Excellent time management
  • Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus
  • Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus
  • Fork lift experience is a plus
