JOB DESCRIPTION

The 3PL Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders for third-party clients using our internal inventory and shipping systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with small or delicate items
  • Ability to follow written and digital instructions for order processing
  • Comfortable using tablets, barcode scanners, and inventory software
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Prior experience handling or shipping is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and use of fine motor skills for handling small products
  • Good visual acuity for reading product labels, order sheets, and digital screens
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season
