Job description


We are looking for hard-working, dependable Warehouse/Forklift Associates to join a fast-paced and clean warehouse operation. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on picking, packing, forklift operation, and maintaining an organized work environment.


What You'll Do

  • Pick and pack products including smartwatches, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other consumer electronics
  • Operate forklifts as needed
  • Build and organize pallets
  • Lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Perform proactive work throughout the day—when you're finished with your primary task, you should be ready to help wherever needed
  • Work efficiently in a high-intensity picking and packing environment
  • Follow all safety and workplace procedures


What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of warehouse and/or forklift experience
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required — candidates will be tested
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Can-do, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work quickly and stay productive throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a must; bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Strong attention to safety and workplace rules


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Very clean, semi-open warehouse with plenty of fans for ventilation
  • Warm-weather clothing is permitted, including shorts and sleeveless shirts
  • 15-minute paid break to rest and stay hydrated
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Vending machines available for snacks (cash only)
  • Music is permitted through warehouse Bluetooth speakers
  • No personal phones, headphones, smart devices, or other distractions while working


Important Requirements

Punctuality and attendance are extremely important. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and can be counted on every day.

Background checks and drug screenings are waived for this position.


Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee. Once hired permanently, employees can receive a pay increase and benefits. Depending on performance and business needs, permanent conversion may happen around the 6-month mark or sooner.
