Job description

Job Requirements
The Service Administrator maintains customer accounts, work orders, and service job documentation while ensuring accurate job categorization. Responsibilities include tracking purchase orders and packing slips, following up on open work orders and repairs, managing job-related labor and material costs, and establishing warranty processes as needed. The role also collaborates with the Marketing Team to coordinate company-branded apparel for field employees.
Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $19.11-$26.28 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
Work Experience
  • Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of related experience required.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC/building controls/construction industry is essential.
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • ServiceTrade experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Can multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
