As a Warehouse Associate, you will stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials. You will also stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure product is in proper locations, place product in correct bin locations, and assist the manager in assigning locations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times

  • Assist with cycle counting throughout the year, maintain proper inventory levels, and notify the appropriate personnel when stock is low

  • Load/unload structural components onto/off delivery trucks

  • Visually inspect deliveries for damage and verify quantities delivered against the packing slip for accuracy

  • Prep and assemble structure components that can be pre-assembled prior to deployment

  • Operate a forklift to move heavy equipment and structural components safely and efficiently

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Experience warehouse working in the construction rental industry

  • Forklift certification

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems

  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
