About the role
As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a critical role in our daily shipping operations. You'll be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying order accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring every package meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
  • Pick, pack, seal, and label customer orders using appropriate packing materials.
  • Prepare shipments and shipping documentation for carrier pickup.
  • Verify order accuracy and inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Apply shipping labels and ensure packages are prepared securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking and stock organization.
  • Help identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe packing stations and warehouse work areas.
  • Follow company safety procedures and established fulfillment processes.
  • Support additional warehouse and fulfillment projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications
