Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for a 3rd shift position from 11pm to 7:30am, Sunday through Thursday. The role involves packing boxes according to a packing list and box size. You will work at a packing station, packing products into boxes, weighing them, taping, labeling, and placing them on pallets for shipment. The tasks vary throughout the day to ensure a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Pack boxes according to packing lists and box sizes.
  • Work at a packing station to pack products into boxes.
  • Weigh boxes and ensure accurate labeling.
  • Tape and label boxes efficiently.
  • Place packed boxes onto pallets for shipment.
  • Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks throughout the day.
Essential Skills
  • High School Education
  • 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing roles.
  • Ability to work well with others.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Good communication skills.
  • Safety conscious.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
  • Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video.
