Job Description
 
This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for the complete order fulfillment process, from pulling and packing orders through shipping and inventory replenishment. The position will process domestic and international shipments, create work orders for inventory and custom jobs, and use online systems to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Pull and manage customer orders from Monday.com, accurately select inventory, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Pack orders securely and process shipments through WooCommerce, including generating labels, updating order status, and closing shipments.
  • Create work orders to replenish inventory and support custom jobs.
  • Handle domestic and international shipping, including customs documentation, international shipping requirements, and freight shipping.
  • Operate the box-making machine and fold/assemble custom boxes while maintaining clean, organized packing and inventory areas.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • Good computer skills and comfort working with online systems; Monday.com and WooCommerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs requirements, and freight shipping.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
  • Reliable, organized, able to work independently, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
