Job description

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate - Washroom  Days plays a key role in assisting in all activities associated with the manufacturing of products and to ensure production assignments are met in a timely manner.  

  • Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
  • Location:  Johnson City TN
  • Schedule: 4 Days on 12 Hour Shifts
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday  6AM-6PM

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Keep area neat and orderly.
  • Assist in other departments or areas as needed.
  • Conform to all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize processing equipment
  • Prevent cross contamination of products
  • Complete all hose sanitization and required documentation
  • Prioritization of cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of disassembling and assembling diaphragm, Admix, and Fristam pumps.
  • Knowledge of cleaning packing filling equipment.
  • Ability to trouble shoot pump set ups in manufacturing and on filling lines.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on all pumps.
  • Operates and maintains CUDA parts washer

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Three to five years experience in a manufacturing facility.  
  • Some knowledge of metric system.   
  • Punctual and consistent attendance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.  
  • Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift approximately 50-60 pounds.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
