Now Hiring Multiple Manufacturing & Warehouse Roles (Concord, NC)

We are hiring for several full-time positions across the Concord, NC area for a variety of our partner companies. These are long-term opportunities offering consistent schedules, growth potential, and weekly pay.

  • Warehouse Associates

  • Forklift Operators

  • Packers

About the Roles

We are staffing for multiple manufacturing and warehouse environments throughout the Concord area. Responsibilities vary by position but may include machine operation, material handling, packing, loading/unloading, inventory support, and general production tasks. Forklift roles require previous forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently (machine operator roles)

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

  • Perform packing, labeling, and quality checks

  • Operate forklifts or powered industrial trucks (forklift roles)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for 812 hours depending on shift

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to lift materials as needed

  • Forklift experience required for forklift positions

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required for all roles

Schedule & Pay
  • Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (higher depending on role & experience)

  • Shifts Available:

    • 8-hour 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

    • 12-hour day and night shifts
