???? NOW HIRING – Pharmacy Assistant | Central Fill Pharmacy

Are you a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant looking for a fast-paced opportunity where you can build your pharmacy experience without working directly with patients?

We’re hiring Pharmacy Assistants to join a busy Central Fill Pharmacy team in Everett, WA!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys production, warehouse, pharmacy operations, and team-based work. There is no patient interaction, phone work, or insurance-related work in this role.

???? Position Details

Position: Pharmacy Assistant
Location: Everett, WA 98203
Work Setting: Onsite
Pay: $18.00 - $20.95/hour

???? Schedule
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Monday–Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

  • Thursday: OFF

  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

  • Saturday: OFF

⚠️ Mandatory overtime may occasionally be required, sometimes up to 1 additional hour.

???? What You'll Do

You'll work in a high-volume, automated pharmacy environment helping prepare prescriptions for shipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ???? Packing prescriptions and required paperwork for shipment

  • ???? Sorting orders by store location

  • ???? Preparing and loading products for shipment

  • ???? Processing shipping orders

  • ???? Receiving and organizing products

  • ???? Maintaining consistent workflow to meet daily production goals

  • ???? Performing repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail

  • ???? Working independently and as part of a team

  • ????️ Following pharmacy procedures, SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and safety guidelines

  • ???? Identifying issues and appropriately escalating them to management

  • Washington State Pharmacy Assistant certification/license required
