Equipment Technician, Warehouse Associate & Production Associates

RICHARDSON, TX

Pay Rate: $14.5 - $18/hour

Location: Richardson, TX

Type: Full-Time, On-site

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse and production teams. Whether youโ€™re new to manufacturing or have prior experience, we have opportunities available for all skill levels. Training will be provided.

Available positions:

Equipment Technician ($18/hour):

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds of tools or parts.
  • Comfortable working in heat, noise, and confined or elevated spaces.
  • 2+ years of experience as a technician servicing equipment relating to printing.
  • Previous experience with inkjet printers preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
  • Able to work non-standard schedules with potential for overtime or after-hours calls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in high-pressure production environments.
  • Occasional domestic/international travel required for equipment training.

Production Associates - Prep ($15/hour):
