Overview

Designs, implements, and supports network services across data center, campus, and cloud, improving reliability through automation and observability.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC & Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Design network changes and implement configurations safely.
  • Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines.
  • Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics.
  • Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution.
  • Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides.
  • Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls.
  • May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 5+ years in network operations/engineering.
  • Hands on with routing/switching, wireless, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Scripting/automation familiarity and version control usage.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to cloud networking constructs.
  • Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing.

Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560

All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills.

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
