Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Shipping Packer

Location: Pembroke Park, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Must be available to work Saturdays as needed)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Packer to join our team in Pembroke Park. This position involves preparing customer orders for shipment by assembling boxes, packing products, and labeling packages. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer notes and order dates; prioritize orders based on due dates.

  • Assemble sturdy boxes using tape and other materials.

  • Pack products into boxes according to order requirements.

  • Seal containers and apply correct identification labels.

  • Count items accurately and place them on skids or shelves.

  • Move completed or defective packages to appropriate locations.

  • Keep accurate records of packed items and attach documentation to orders.

  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, including barcode scanners, printers, and Thin Client terminal workstations.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • English or bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.

  • Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
