Warehouse Associate
Louisburg, NC
Description
Help us get the right parts to the right customers, every time. You'll pick, kit, pack, and ship heavy automotive components with accuracy and care. Attention to detail & reliable attendance are the most important parts of this job.
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime).

What you'll do
Pick parts from shelves using pick tickets and work orders; verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities.
Kit components into assemblies by following simple bill of materials and written instructions.
Pack and ship heavy parts in cartons (full-extension staples, tape, void fill) and prepare labels, packing slips, and basic freight paperwork.
Build and wrap pallets for LTL shipments; band, shrink-wrap, and stage for pickup.
Unload inbound pallets and deliveries; count, inspect, and put away stock in the correct locations.
Use basic hand and power tools, including staple guns, drills, and strapping tools.
Maintain inventory accuracy with counts, labels, and neat, organized shelving.
Keep a clean, safe work area and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.

Palletize axle assemblies for shipment
Receive shipments (pallets and small package): Stock warehouse in appropriate areas, ensure product received matches packing slip
Pitch in on other warehouse tasks as needed.
What you bring
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
Strong reading skills to follow pick lists, BOMs, labels, and safety instructions.
Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs or more repeatedly and safely.
Comfort working with heavy steel parts and packaging materials.
Basic math and measuring skills (counting, reading a tape measure).
Reliable, on-time, team-oriented attitude and clear communication.
Nice to have
Warehouse, shipping, or automotive parts experience.
Familiarity with UPS/FedEx software and basic LTL paperwork.
Experience with manual pallet jacks; forklift certification is a plus (we can train).
Physical and work environment
Standing and walking most of the day; frequent bending, reaching, and climbing short ladders or step stools.
Regular handling of heavy, awkward items and palletized loads.
Steel-toe footwear required; other PPE provided.
