The role of the packer consists of greeting guest, packing food in its proper containers and maintaining a clean working area.

Duties:
  • Know the portions for every item on the menu.
  • Ensure that all product is available at all times.
  • Checking that the food being served is up to standards.
  • Answer any questions a customer may have in regards to the menu.
  • Opening, closing and side duties.
