Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring products are properly prepared, packaged, and ready for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards of quality, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Packer, you will be an essential part of our supply chain, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and our company's reputation for excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPacking and Preparation
  • Accurately select and pack products according to customer orders and packing lists, ensuring all items match specifications
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packing and report any discrepancies to supervisors immediately
  • Choose appropriate packaging materials including boxes, bubble wrap, foam inserts, and protective padding to ensure safe transit
  • Properly seal packages using tape, strapping, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during shipping
  • Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and handling instructions accurately to all packages
  • Weigh packages and record weights for shipping documentation and freight calculations
  • Prepare pallets by stacking boxes securely and wrapping them for bulk shipments
  • Meet daily packing quotas while maintaining quality standards and accuracy
Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents against purchase orders
  • Help with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed to maintain accurate stock levels
