Many warehouses provide training on safe lifting techniques and encourage teamwork, which helps distribute tasks more evenly and fosters a supportive work environment.

What does a packer do?

A packer is responsible for preparing goods for shipment by securely packing products into boxes or containers, labeling them, and ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Packers often use basic tools and may operate packaging machinery depending on the employer. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are important skills for this role.
