What we offer:

Position requirements:

  • Personal Training certified or in the process of becoming one
  • MUST be personable, presentable and have a positive attitude at all times. We work in a "team environment", not in a shark tank!"
  • Experienced in performing fitness consultations and movement screens
  • A strong understanding of the personal training sales process and overcoming objections
  • MUST be comfortable selling long term high dollar packages. 
  • MUST be able to communicate (verbally and written) fluently in English
  • MUST be a permanent resident of Canada. 

Responsibilities:

  • Fitness Consultations and selling 6 and 12 month packages
  • Motivating new members
  • Contacting members
  • Designing programs
  • Personal training
  • Nutrition guidance
  • In club work, such as keeping the club tidy, simple maintenance and help setting up new members
  • Maintaining your schedule 

This has a very strong potential to turn full time very fast. 

The wage will be between $30-90/hr plus commission.

As a 24/7/365 club, your hours are what you make them, along with the set hours in the club that are mutually agreed upon. Clients have various needs, and you'll work with them to develop suitable session times.
