Location: Missouri City, TX
Type: Long-Term Contract | Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $22/hr (W2)
Schedule: Onsite | Training on 1st shift (9 AM–5 PM) | Flexibility required for future shifts & overtime


Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic / Packaging Technician to support packaging machinery and production operations within a food processing environment. This role offers long-term, temp-to-perm potential with opportunities to grow into more advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging machinery and related production equipment.

  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.

  • Inspect materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods for quality compliance.

  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards on the production floor.

  • Document production data, downtime, maintenance activities, and quality checks.

  • Support continuous production flow while adhering to food safety and OSHA safety practices.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to resolve equipment/line issues.


Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in food processing/manufacturing.

  • Entry-level maintenance or mechanical aptitude (packaging machinery experience strongly preferred).
