Drywall Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial Interiors | Seattle, WA

We’re partnering with a well-established commercial drywall and framing contractor in the greater Seattle area that’s known for quality craftsmanship, long-standing client relationships, and a strong pipeline of negotiated work.

The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a key leadership role that blends estimating, project management, and client relationship building — ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and business sides of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drywall and framing estimates and proposals for commercial projects

  • Manage awarded projects from buyout through closeout — ensuring schedule, quality, and profitability

  • Oversee cost control, budgets, and project documentation

  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, and clients to resolve challenges

  • Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, vendors, and architects

  • Lead and participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders


What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating

  • Strong understanding of drywall, metal framing, and acoustical systems

  • Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or comparable estimating software

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Local market experience preferred
