1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Packaging and Production Operators positions available

Responsibilities include:
  • Works at different work stations or tasks as production needs require including Mixer, Divider Operator, Stretcher, Oven Loader/ Unloader, Pans, Box Machine and Palletizer to name a few.
  • Prepare machines to start a production cycle, performing calibration, cleaning and other activities
  • Monitor and properly adjust machine settings
  • Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
  • Check parts with precision, using appropriate measuring tools
  • Conduct tests to check the operation of machines, on a regular basis
  • Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift
  • Verify output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws
  • Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Create and maintain activity logs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements include:
  • 1+ year of experience of working in a Packaging & Production Operator position is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of production procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 20 up to 30
pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision and color vision. Work posture requirements include: bending, crouching, twisting,
reaching and pushing.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat. The employee is
occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate
