Chemical Production Technician I
Reports to: Quality Control/Assurance Manager
Department: Production
Locations: Saukville (primary) & Sheboygan Falls, WI

Ereztech is seeking a motivated Chemical Production Technician I to join our specialty chemical manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support chemical packaging, Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinder preparation, and production operations while working in a safe, collaborative, and quality-driven environment. What You'll Do
  • Package, label, weigh, and prepare specialty chemical products for shipment.
  • Clean, inspect, and prepare Ultra-High Purity (UHP) cylinders and containers.
  • Perform leak testing and basic inspections of cylinders, valves, and fittings.
  • Stage raw materials and finished products for production and shipping.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support production activities and travel between our Saukville and Sheboygan Falls facilities as needed.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between company locations.
  • Ability to obtain DOT certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.

Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical packaging, production, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience working in ISO, cGMP, or quality-controlled environments.
  • IATA and/or ICAO Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to support changing operational priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and electronic documentation
