  • Coordinate and oversee outbound shipments to customers, hosting facilities, repair operations, and company locations.

  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, documented, and shipped accurately and on schedule.

  • Verify serial number tracking and shipment documentation for all outbound inventory.

  • Coordinate freight, parcel, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

  • Ensure proper packaging and handling of sensitive electronic equipment.

Asset Security & Inventory Protection
  • Maintain chain-of-custody controls for all serialized mining equipment.

  • Ensure all inventory movements are documented, traceable, and accurate.

  • Support investigations involving inventory discrepancies, damaged equipment, or missing assets.

  • Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop warehouse personnel.

  • Assign daily priorities and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

  • Train team members on warehouse processes, inventory controls, safety requirements, and equipment handling.
