Operations/Service Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing a team of 10 mechanics, P&L, strategic vision, managing company performance, inventory management, freight logistics, facility responsibility, strong leadership, good with people, and on-going results.ย  ย 
Experience Required
Minimum of 5+ years as Director or Manager of a medium/large business.ย  10+ years in vehicle, marine, construction or truck parts. ย Large distribution with strategic growth vison, dealership and OEM experience is helpful.ย  Purchasing experience.ย  Schedule is standard business hours, Monday through Friday.ย  Limited travel.ย  Thorough knowledge running a company division.ย  High level knowledge of business operation systems.ย  Clear and direct communicator, self-motivated and people person.

Compensation
$75-110+. Compensation includes strong base salary and percentage of division results. Fringe package includes medical, vacation, 401k + match, paid training.ย
