Your Impact
  • Drive end-to-end packaging projects, from initial concepting through final production, including copy, layout, retouching, proofs, and printed samples.
  • Establish, facilitate, and maintain seamless communication between Creative, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, and various cross-functional partners.
  • Define project scopes, build detailed timelines using industry-standard project management tools, allocate weekly resources, meticulously track issues, and distribute comprehensive status reports.
  • Facilitate key meetings, confidently present creative work to senior leadership, and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders towards common goals.
  • Navigate complexity with a solutions-first approach, skillfully resolve conflicts, and adapt seamlessly to shifting business priorities and ambiguous situations.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative team or agency, specifically handling global campaign and packaging project management.
  • Hands-on experience with leading project management tools, coupled with deep knowledge of creative workflows and operational infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with developing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and expertly managing external vendor or client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building true partnerships across Creative and Marketing teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
