What is a packaging factory worker?

Packaging factory workers are employees responsible for preparing products for shipment by assembling, packing, labeling, and inspecting items in a factory or warehouse setting. They operate machinery, follow safety protocols, and ensure that products meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers or retailers.
