Summary: 
  • The Repack-Label Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing tasks related to the repackaging and labelling of products.  
  • The role requires collaboration with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.  
  • The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows instructions precisely, and maintains a clean and organized work environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Repackage products according to specified guidelines and customer requirements. 
  • Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible. 
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. 
  • Operate packaging and labelling equipment safely and efficiently. 
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. 
  • Complete required documentation and logs accurately and on time. 
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. 
  • Familiarity with packaging or labelling equipment. 
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures in production settings. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
  • Basic maths for counting and measuring. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
