Job Description:

This role is responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of high-net-worth client opportunities through internal and external partnerships.

The focus is on relationship development and pipeline generation, not direct sales or client servicing. Success in this role comes from creating consistent, high-quality referral opportunities for the PCA team.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage relationships with key TD partners, including TD Wealth and other internal teams

  • Develop and maintain external partnerships with professionals and organizations that can generate high-value referrals

  • Create and sustain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the PCA sales team

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong engagement and ongoing collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to expand referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships

  • Work closely with PCA sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and visibility of opportunities

  • Represent PCA in partner meetings, events, and community engagements

  • Maintain awareness of market trends and opportunities within the high-net-worth space

Job Requirements
