The Senior Instructional Design Project Manager, Frontline Compliance is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the design, development, review, maintenance, and compliance integrity of a large portfolio of compliance training courses. This role plays a critical part in protecting organizational reputation, maintaining regulatory credibility, and accelerating the delivery of high-quality, compliant learning products. The position ensures timely updates, efficient review cycles, and consistent alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Compliance Review & Maintenance Coordinate and execute annual compliance course reviews for approximately 130+ compliance-related courses Implement content updates and maintenance fixes directly within courses using eLearning authoring tools (Storyline 360, Rise, Synthesia) Define schedules, track review cycles, document updates, and ensure on-time completion of compliance course updates Partner with compliance SMEs and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Instructional Design & Project Management Manage instructional design projects for Frontline Compliance including design, development, revision, and maintenance Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms Provide instructional design guidance to SMEs throughout design, development, and pilot phases Create product briefs, course descriptions, and supporting materials for marketing and delivery of Frontline courses
  • Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance Escalate compliance content issues for SME review to minimize regulatory and reputational risk Serve as a frontline quality control checkpoint to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of content Ensure all changes are implemented correctly across impacted courses and platforms
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Management Improve turnaround times for course reviews, fixes, and releases with specific deadlines and guidance for each project Contribute to data-driven improvements through analysis of participation, performance, feedback on learner experience, and product effectiveness
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Publishing and Learning Technology teams Research and identify compliance changes and opportunities to enhance training products and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, instructional design, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in instructional design, project management, or compliance training
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with compliance-driven content, regulatory requirements, or training programs
  • Proficiency with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, BenchPrep)
  • Proficiency with rapid eLearning development tools (e.g., Storyline 360, Rise, Synthesia)
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or regulatory/compliance environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and periodic compliance review requirements

Target salary range for the role: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary Band Range: $70,905.00 - $99,300.00 - $127,695.00
