Your Impact

  • Achieve sales following daily, weekly,monthly,and quarterly goals for thestore.

  • Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and easy-to-shop salesfloor.

  • Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and teammembers.

  • Provide designexpertiseduring scheduled appointments and "on-demand" design time.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience. Design experience a plus

  • Proficiencyinusing Microsoft Word, Excel (canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POSsystemsandpreviouscash handlingrequired.

  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items, up to50lbs.

  • Availability toworkflexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, andholidays.

Salary: $17.50 - $18.73
