Pay Range: $18.00 to $24.96
Shift: Daytime
Status: Full Time
Age Requirement: 18+
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.
Join our Bun Packaging Crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to package our delicious bread products.
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with rotating days off, working 7:00am to 5:00pm
Qualifications: Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards.
Prior production or baking experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.

  • Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 and hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
