Job description

Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate, who aids in the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product. 

Key Accountabilities:

Prepare ware for shipment
Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
Maintain an accurate account of inventory
Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results.
Other tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn
Has a positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture
Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
Models safe work practices
Is computer literate

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment.
