Join us in Miami, OK together, we are expanding our capabilities to shape the future of pet care.As a Packaging Associate, you?ll perform a variety of tasks within our dynamic warehouse environment to support production efficiency. Bring your problem-solving skill set as you quickly respond critical, unforeseen equipment issues that may arise throughout the normal operation day. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts.Perform sanitation duties and material handling.Safely operate production and processing equipment.Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.Maintain a safe and clean workplace.Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements.Occasionally will work at high heights within plant to fulfill job responsibilities.All other duties as assigned.**In this position, you will enjoy:Competitive bi-weekly pay starting at$18.32/hrQuarterly bonusesEligibility for overtime payFull health benefits + 401k matchPaid time off and generous parental leaveThe current shift option for this role is Monday through Friday from3:00PM-11:30PM or 11:00PM-7:30AM.Requirements6+ months experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related fast paced environment.The approximate hourly pay rate for this position is $18.32.
