Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely movement of inventory throughout the warehouse. This role supports daily fulfillment operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with inventory accuracy. Warehouse Associates play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every order is processed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Organize inventory within designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
  • Restock products and maintain accurate inventory locations.
  • Ensure packaging meets company shipping standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational concerns.
  • Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Assist other departments during periods of high operational demand.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
