Job description

Production & Packaging Associate
Location: Jeffersonville, IN (Near Fabricon Boulevard Industrial Area)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Production & Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility that produces specialty filtration powder used in the food industry, including oil clarification processes for major fast-food chains.
This is a physically demanding warehouse and production environment. Associates should be comfortable working around powder-based products and performing repetitive lifting throughout their shift.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Package powdered products into designated containers and boxes.
  • Stack and palletize finished product for shipment.
  • Pick, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
  • Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain production standards and quality requirements.
  • Follow all safety, operational, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
  • Associates may be exposed to airborne powder during the production process.
  • Clothing and work areas may become dusty during normal operations.
  • KN95 masks will be provided by the employer.
Requirements:
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Steel-toe safety boots are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
