AGI Clay Center is an agricultural industry leader specialized in engineering and manufacturing portable and stationary grain handling equipment including augers, chain and paddle conveyors, belt conveyors, loop systems, bin unloads, and custom augers.
We are actively seeking full-time Manufacturing Employees to join our facility in Clay Center, KS. You will be operating machines or handling materials in the production environment, however, cross training is required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Basic level computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook) required.
  • 6-12 months experience or equivalent of education and experience is preferred, but willing to train.
  • Experience in manufacturing/agriculture is a plus.
  • Motivated candidates who are eager to learn
  • Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment standing for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail, problem solving (basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude) and communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints
