About the Role: We are seeking dependable Production and Assembly Associates to join a growing plastic manufacturing team. These positions support daily production operations in a fast-paced environment and are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a team. Associates will help assemble, inspect, and package plastic products while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process. Available Shifts & Pay: • 1st Shift: Monday– Friday | 8: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM | $16.00/hr. • 2nd Shift: Monday– Friday | 4: 00 PM – 12: 30 AM | $18.50/hr. • 3rd Shift: Sunday– Thursday | 12: 00 AM – 8: 30 AM | $18.50/hr. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble plastic components and finished products according to work instructions. • Operate basic production and assembly equipment (training provided). • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. • Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications: • Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production setting. • Strong attention to detail and basic hand-eye coordination. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required.
