Company Overview:

Mini Melts is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream. As a company, we are at the forefront of the ice cream industry, growing nationally through dedication, hard work, and motivation. We believe in fostering advancement and growth for our employees and we’re looking for leaders to join our unified team.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Food Safety and Quality standards of Mini Melts USA
  • Place raw materials into machines to aid the production process, assemble goods on an assembly line, and attach labels
  • Cleaning the equipment for manufacturing
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensuring that all products are made within spec
  • Following the daily schedule to ensure proper inventory is used, making sure first in, first out
  • Following SSOPs for cleaning all equipment to ensure all products are safe, and recording all information
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Manager
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
  • Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
  • Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience And Education:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in cold and humid conditions.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, lift, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
  • Basic Math Skills
