Location: Onsite – Packaging Warehouse - Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift

Packager Overview:

The Packager handles to package parts and kits in accordance with customer specifications and work orders. This role requires the application of packaging, quality, safety, and basic technical skills to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Packager Key Responsibilities:

  • Package automotive parts and kits in accordance with work orders and customer requirements.
  • Use and perform upkeep on packaging tools such as staple guns and tape guns.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Follow all company rules, safety guidelines, and procedures.
  • Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming materials and report problems.
  • Meet productivity and performance goals

Packager Core Skills:

1. Packaging Accuracy & Order Fulfillment

  • Package parts and kits correctly and on time
  • Match part numbers and labels accurately

2. Quality Awareness

  • Notice damaged, missing, or non-conforming parts
