We're looking for a Packaging Design Intern to join our growing team in West Henrietta, NY.

This would be a Summer internship with the possibility of extending into the Fall semester.

The Position:
This internship focuses on developing standardized, scalable, and cost-effective packaging solutions across multiple product families. The goal is to ensure product protection, optimize logistics efficiency, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer unboxing experience.

The role will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production Engineering, and Logistics to design, validate, and implement packaging solutions that are ready for full-rate production.


The Day to Day:

  • Develop packaging solutions that ensure product protection throughout shipping and handling
  • Standardize packaging dimensions to support efficient palletization and storage
  • Reduce packaging costs and warehouse footprint
  • Improve overall customer experience through thoughtful unboxing design
  • Establish clear documentation and processes for long-term scalability
