Production Associate Level 1-sewing
Job Summary:
The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations through basic machine operation, material
handling, and process monitoring. This foundational role focuses on developing essential production skills, gaining
exposure to key systems, and performing tasks under direct supervision while maintaining safety and quality
standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Learn and operate basic production systems such as Excel, coding machines, and Lynq with guidance.
• Read and follow work orders and job tickets with growing accuracy.
• Monitor and operate one machine or process steps with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve routine and standard issues related to assigned equipment or processes with supervision.
• Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging.
• Identify and raise common product quality concerns using standard inspection tools.
• Validate materials and inputs prior to production, including yarns and labels.
• Participate in routine cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and production protocols under direct supervision.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support operations.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, measure with a ruler).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
