Overview

SITECH Pacific is hiring a ThinkBIG Student in Riverside, CA!

This Program is designed to prepare you for a successful career within SITECH Pacific and future leader in the heavy equipment industry.

Once you have been accepted into this world-class program, you will have the opportunity to experience future careers firsthand through on-the-job training, designated mentors, and working alongside high performing teams that truly want you to succeed.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $21.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities

What you'll learn:

  • Engine fundamentals

  • Hydraulics and fuel systems

  • Electrical systems

  • Transmissions and torque converters

  • Undercarriage and final drives

  • And more on Caterpillar equipment across construction, agriculture, and earthmoving

What you can expect:

  • Mentorship from experienced technicians

  • Hands-on experience with advanced equipment

  • A supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED. High school seniors getting ready to graduate from high school are also eligible to apply.
  • Minimum three letters of recommendation.
  • Mechanical aptitude test
  • Completion of ThinkBIG interview.
