Job description

Pacific Counter is looking for a prep specialist who enjoys slicing & dicing a diverse variety of fresh foods! Your contributions will lead to countless smiles from our satisfied guests!

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, friendly, and efficient in the kitchen!

In this position you will work hand in hand with our team to learn the ins & outs of how we keep our busy restaurant stocked full of delicious foods. You will work directly off of a dedicated prep list daily, while also occasionally assisting with other BOH operations.

We offer an in-depth training program & continued support, but previous kitchen experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Set Up & Stock BOH

-Food Preparation

-Work With & Maintain All Equipment

-Operate Dishwasher

-Maintain Clean BOH Area

QUALIFICATIONS:

-BOH/Prep Experience Preferred
