Most of our work is in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and King Counties! WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
As a Parking Lot Line Striper - Repair, you plan, manage, and execute projects with precision while ensuring safety and efficiency. From preparing job sites with shoveling, raking, and sweeping to coordinating setup and cleanup, you take charge of every detail. You lead by example, keeping your team motivated and on track, while also handling traffic control for pedestrian and crew safety. You monitor supply temperatures, oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance, and step in for labor support whenever needed. Every day, you make sure our projects are completed on time, to the highest standard, and with a team that works like a well-oiled machine.
WHO ARE WE?
Managed by a team that has over 100 years of combined experience in commercial facility maintenance, construction, and project management services, we offer commercial facility maintenance services along the I-5 corridor between Blaine and Chehalis, WA. We offer a broad range of expertise and services in maintaining commercial environments from retail spaces to hotels to apartment complexes to healthcare facilities. Our goal is to ensure that facility and property managers have a single point of contact to meet all of their facility maintenance needs. We are quality-oriented and community-minded.
WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PARKING LOT LINE STRIPER - REPAIR?
We're looking for a reliable leader who can commit to a 6-day workweek with weekends required and overtime as needed, while meeting the following qualifications:
  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • MUST have minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance
  • Great communication skills
  • Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform other pavement-related services
  • Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
  • Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
  • Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed
  • Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred
