Job Description:

The Cardiovascular Technologist will assist in pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures, including electrophysiology and pacemaker management. Responsibilities also involve equipment handling and patient monitoring, with sedation needs supported by anesthesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures: LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, and stenting/ballooning.
  • Support pediatric electrophysiology procedures: pacemaker implant and generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, EP study with radiofrequency ablations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, specifically in a pediatric cath lab environment.
  • Current BLS, PALS, RCIS and/or ARRT certifications, as well as a WA state Rad Tech and/or CISC license are required.
