Cardiovascular Surgeon / Interventional Cardiologist – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified cardiovascular surgeons and interventional cardiologists are invited to bring outpatient cardiac procedures to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 2nd floor. Cardiology represents one of the largest addressable markets in the tri-county area — a strong opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with meaningful equity ownership while maintaining your independent practice.

  • $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
  • Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
  • 20%+ projected IRR
  • $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
  • Distributions projected to begin in Year 2
