Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for pain management to join a growing outpatient medical practice on the Northside of Indianapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a supportive clinical environment and the ability to practice at the top of your license.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments for chronic and acute pain conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Manage patient medications, including controlled substance therapy within regulatory guidelines
  • Provide patient education on pain management goals and expectations
