Job description

Position Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our team in a PHP/IOP role based in Murrieta, California.

This role involves delivering psychiatric care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The selected physician will perform psychiatric assessments, oversee medication management, and work alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient stability and recovery.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable pay or additional productivity incentives, which are governed by departmental compensation policies.
