Oxford Asset Management team is hiring an Executive Assistant located in our New York office. The individual will support three senior team members and their direct reports. The Executive Assistant will work independently and perform duties with minimal supervision in accordance with general instruction and standardized procedures.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide a full range of confidential administrative services for a senior leader and his/her team, while ensuring quality service and professionalism at every interaction.

  • Manage, coordinate, and maintainbusy calendars with frequently conflicting priorities.

  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Plan and coordinate for onsite and offsite meetings, special functions and events including logistics such as location, meals, technology, communication, materials andRSVPs.

  • Perform general officeduties whichmay include ordering catering, printing documents, document editing, mail distribution, greeting guests, etc.

  • Coordinate meetings and events such as Leadership team meetings, offsites and other department-wide meetings.

  • Troubleshoot, handle matters expeditiously, and proactively follow-through on projects.

  • Execute and assist with projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress, problem-solving and adjusting plans as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality with files and presentations and use judgement.

  • Perform a diverse range of complex tasks with autonomy and discretion to make decisions within well-defined parameters.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting a senior individual or teams in a large, international organization.

  • Excellent computer literacy, MS Office Suite experience and digital tools experience including MS Teams, SharePoint etc.

  • The ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and professionalism when partnering with all stakeholders.

  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, time-manage and work independently with minimal direction.

  • Experience exercising high levels of discretion and judgment to deal with sensitive and confidential materials and matters

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • A post-secondary education (college or university).

  • Have flexibility to work extra hours on occasion and sometimes on short notice.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, influential, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Resiliency, resourcefulness and flexibility in adapting to changes to the leader's accountabilities, projects, and priorities and able to devise contingency plans as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to be a proactive and independent thinker to make judgement calls.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill set.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.

You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
